Both buildings are part of Westlake Condominium Unit Owners’ Association, which includes the recreational amenities listed below.

Marina: Situated below The Villas, The Marina at the Westlake (membership required) has you steps away from a boating adventure. Prime location just south of Cleveland Yachting Club and less than one mile from Lake Erie. Also includes showers, restrooms, picnic areas, and a gazebo.

Swimming Pool: Heated outdoor pool located behind the The Villas.

Gathering Deck: Tiered decks with seating overlook the pool.

Fitness Facilities: Two exercise rooms with weights, cardio equipment, whirlpool, and steam showers in the Westlake Condominium building.
Party Room: Residents can rent the party room in the main Westlake Condo building, which has seating capacity for 50, a full bar and refrigerator, a pool table, and a piano.
Guest Rooms: Two reservable guest suites are located on the balcony of The Westlake’s main lobby. Daily maid service is provided.
Indoor Car Wash Area: Located in the lower garage level of The Westlake.

The Villas condos range from 1,600-1,800 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They offer one floor living with a guest bedroom/flex room, owner’s retreat with en-suite dual sink bathroom, laundry room/closet, kitchen, dining room, and a fireplaced living room with 4-panel floor-to-ceiling glass sliders to an awning-covered riverfront balcony overlooking the marina.

Each condo has a designated parking garage on the ground floor of the building that accomodates 2-car tandem parking and a storage unit.

The Villas is accessible through the entrance of The Westlake Condominium building at 19000 Lake Rd. As the driveway curves to the right, it descends under a low-slung archway of the remaining 1910-built Rocky River Bridge, beneath the current Detroit bridge, then takes a hard left under The Bridge Building and continues to The Villas ground-level parking garages.

Fun fact: The parcel of land now occupied by The Villas was previously home to Rocky River Dry Dock Company, known locally for their construction of racing yachts. Later, the company was commissioned to build subchasers and Junior Mine Planters for the U.S. Navy during World War I.
