About Willow Creek in Columbia Station
Willow Creek is a community of 45 homes with 2+ acre lots adjacent to parkland, located in Columbia Station, Ohio (Eaton Township) off the east side of Cowley Rd, 0.7 miles north of Crocker Rd. It comprises the streets of Parkside Dr, View Point Dr, Willow Creek Ln (sometimes written as Willow Creek Ct), and one home on Cowley Rd (house number 13463).

Homes were constructed by builders including Aspen Building Company, Garland Grifin, and Patrick Builders from 2004-2016. Some of the older homes have since been updated.
The ranch and two-story homes of Willow Creek mainly range from 2,600-5,700 square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.
There are a variety of home styles and sizes creating an interesting and unique streetscape.
Amenities include hardwood flooring, laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs, private dens with french doors, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, and fireplaced great rooms (some are vaulted) that are open to kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, dinette area, and sunrooms or screened porches. Owner’s suites (some first-floor) offer vaulted or tray ceilings, walk-in closets, and en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commodes. Lower levels are complete with bars, media rooms, and/or gyms. Homes have attached side-entry garages that accommodate 3-4 cars. Outdoor living is complete with custom patios and/or decks, covered living areas, fireplaces or fire pits, and even swimming pools.
Homes have septic systems and public water.
Most homesites are sized at 2.0 acres. There are also some larger lots measuring up to 5.61 acres, one home on a 6.45-acre double lot, and one spanning 10.32 acres.
The majority of homesites are lightly treed or cleared. Nine lots along the eastern end boast forested backyards.
The eastern side of the subdivision abuts 280 acres recently acquired by Lorain County Metro Parks. Previously Dorlan Golf Club, Dorlon Reservation features passive parkland (designated in green on above map) with nearly 1.5 miles of paved asphalt and gravel trails through meadows.

There are two entrances from Cowley Rd via Parkside Dr and View Point Dr. The Parkside Dr entrance is flanked on the right side by a landscaped bed with garden pavers and signage.
True to country living, Willow Creek does not have curbs or sidewalks.
This development is served by Midview Local School District.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Willow Creek are approximately $160 annually.

The development of Willow Creek is in southwest Columbia Station Ohio, near the border of Valley City and Grafton. It is located off Cowley Rd, 0.7 miles north of Crocker Rd.
Highways are accessible in 13 min to I-480, 16 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 22 min to I-71.
SouthPark Mall in Strongsville and Great Northern Mall in North Olmsted are both 22 min away.
There are plenty of nearby recreational opportunities in addition to the adjacent Dorlon Reservation described above. The city’s Columbia Township Park (9 min drive) is home to ball fields, tennis and basketball courts, a volleyball court, horseshoe pits, pavilions, a playground, and a walking path. The park also hosts various events year-round. You are 11 min from Lorain County Metro Parks’ Columbia Reservation with 425 acres characterized by open scenic views transversed by The Rocky River, numerous lakes and ponds, kayak/canoe access, 4 miles of trails, a playground, 18-hole mini-golf course, picnic shelters, a pizzeria & ice cream parlor, and an outdoor movie theatre.
Columbia Station has three public 18-hole courses — Creekwood, Hickory Nut, and Royal Crest — as well as a 36-hole course at Mallard Creek.
If you are looking for private club membership, the Country Club of Columbia Hills (12 min drive) has catered to the area’s residents since 1929.
