Most homesites are cleared and range from 2.0 to 2.2 acres. There are also a few larger lots measuring up to 7.61 acres. Only a few lots are wooded, but most back to a neighboring parcel with a treeline or woods.
There is one entrance from Station Rd via Hidden Oaks Dr. It is flanked on one side by a landscaped bed with signage and decorative masonry slabs.
Hidden Oaks Dr has lantern-style street lights, but true to country living, no curbs or sidewalks.
Clearance for an additional street to the north is plotted for future development opportunities.
This development is served by Columbia Local School District.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Hidden Oaks are approximately $100 annually.
