About Creekridge in Columbia Station
Creekridge is a community by Ryan Homes in northeast Columbia Station Ohio. Phase I and II homes were built from 2021-2023. Currently, there are approximately 75 homes.
Phase 3 was planned to include the final 48 homes. Upon completion, the 76.95-acre site was to include roughly 124 homes. However, as of early 2024, the final phase had not begun.
Ryan Homes offered both colonial and ranch floorplans from which to personalize. Homes range from 1,600-3,000+ square feet (excluding finished basements) with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-2.5+ bathrooms.
Facades are styled as modern farmhouse with either full brick/stone or a combination of mixed-texture siding profiles (board and batten, horizontal, and/or shake), brick/stone accents, white rake board/fascia trim, and/or gable accents that maximize visual interest. Each has a covered front entryway, many with extended front porches for seating that welcomes casual chats with neighbors.
Creekridge amenities may include hardwood flooring, designated foyers with coat closets, mud hall cubbies/benches, planning desks/pocket offices, flex rooms or private dens, and open-concept fireplaced great rooms and kitchens featuring recessed lighting, quartz or granite countertops, tile backsplash, center island with pendant lighting and breakfast bar, pantry, dining area, and even sunrooms. Second-floor owner’s suites feature tray ceilings, walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with soaking tubs and/or custom tiled walk-in showers, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Second levels also house additional bedrooms and even lofts. Finished lower levels are available with recreation rooms, wet bars, bedroom/workout room, and bathrooms. Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Homes have public sewer and public water.
Creekridge homesites range from 0.17 to 0.32 acres and are cleared for wide-open views. Privacy is achieved with plantings.
Outdoor living enhancement can include composite decks, custom patios, and or covered porches.
Other than homes backing one another, the community is surrounded by HOA-owned greenspace (designated in green on above illustration), some sections with ponds.
This development is located off the south side of Redfern Rd, just west of N Marks Rd. There are two entrances: Creekridge Way and Whitewing Way. Each is flanked by landscaped beds with signage.
In addition to the homes on Whitewing Way, this subdivision also encompasses the streets of Cranbrooke Way, Daisey Dr, and Marshcreek Way, and Trillium Ct (phase 3).
Creekridge has sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Mail is delivered to a cluster box unit.
While the utility lines for this community are all underground, for those with sensitivities, high-voltage H-frame steel pole transmission lines run diagonally across the community.
This community is served by Columbia Local School District.
Bordering the southwest corner is Redfern Farms. The southwest corner of Phase 3 (Marshcreek Way) will be bordered by the Fairway subdivision.
Across the street is Redfern Trails.

Located in northeast Columbia Station near the border of Strongsville, Creekridge is 0.4 miles west of N Marks Rd off Redfern Rd.
Highways are accessible in 12 min to I-80/Turnpike, 14 min to I-71, and 15 min to I-480.
SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is a 15-min drive.
There are plenty of nearby recreational opportunities. The city’s Columbia Township Park (7 min drive) is home to ball fields, tennis and basketball courts, a volleyball court, horseshoe pits, pavilions, a playground, and a walking path. The park also hosts various events year-round. It’s 8 min to Cleveland Metroparks’ Mill Stream Run Reservation with extensive trails, Wallace Lake and beach, rope courses and zip lines, as well as The Chalet, which has two toboggan chutes that are open in the winter. You are 9 min from Lorain County Metro Parks’ Columbia Reservation with 425-acres characterized by open scenic views transversed by The Rocky River, numerous lakes and ponds, kayak/canoe access, 4 miles of trails, a playground, 18-hole mini-golf course, picnic shelters, a pizzeria & ice cream parlor, and an outdoor movie theatre.
Swings-N-Things Fun Park is 12 minutes away – offering 13 acres of indoor and outdoor fun including two go-kart tracks, two 18-hole miniature golf courses, bumper boats, batting cages, indoor playground, a two-story game room, paintball, and homemade ice cream.
Columbia Station has three public 18-hole courses — Creekwood, Hickory Nut, and Royal Crest — as well as a 36-hole course at Mallard Creek.
