Heather Lane in northeast Columbia Station Ohio is a community of 24 homes upon large lots. Homes were built from 1996-2000. This development includes ranch and two-story styles ranging from 1,800-4,100 square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 2.5-4 bathrooms.
Facades are traditionally styled with vinyl siding and/or brick.
Heather Lane homes include hardwood flooring, laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, formal living rooms and/or private dens, formal dining rooms, and great rooms with fireplaces that are open to kitchens featuring quartz or granite countertops, tile backsplash, pantry, dining area, and even sunrooms. Owner’s suites (second-floor in 2-story homes) feature walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, jetted/soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels are available with recreation rooms, wet bars, exercise rooms, and bathrooms. Attached front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars. Many homes have detached garages or sheds. There are two entrances from Snell Rd via E Heather Ln or W Heather Ln. This subdivision also encompasses 10 homes fronting on Snell Rd.
Heather Ln has lantern-style street lights. There are no curbs or sidewalks along Heather Ln, but there are sidewalks along the north side of Snell Rd.
It is not connected to any other subdivision so traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
This community is serviced by Columbia Local School District.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Heather Lane.
Hunting Meadows is across the street.

The development of Heather Lane is in northeast Columbia Station near the border of Strongsville. It is located off Snell Rd, just east of E River Rd.
Highways are accessible in 13 min to I-71, 14 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 15 min to I-480.

It’s 10 min to Cleveland Metroparks’ Mill Stream Run Reservation with extensive trails, Wallace Lake and beach, rope courses and zip lines, as well as The Chalet, which has two toboggan chutes that are open in the winter.
Swings-N-Things Fun Park is 12 minutes away – offering 13 acres of indoor and outdoor fun including two go-kart tracks, two 18-hole miniature golf courses, bumper boats, batting cages, indoor playground, a two-story game room, paintball, and homemade ice cream.
Columbia Station has three public 18-hole courses — Creekwood, Hickory Nut, and Royal Crest — as well as a 36-hole course at Mallard Creek.
