Ashford Cove is a community of 46 production-built single-family homes in northeast Columbia Station, Ohio.

This subdivision is located off the south side of Redfern Rd, immediately east of E River Rd (OH-252). It comprises the residential streets of Ashford Ct and Viewpointe Ct.

Ashford Cove was constructed exclusively by Ryan Homes between 2025-2026.

Ryan Homes offered five 2-story floorplans from which to personalize, ranging from 2,100-3,000+ square feet (excluding finished basements) with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5+ bathrooms. 

The harmonious streetscape will feature modern farmhouse designs styled with mixed siding profiles, white window trim, white rake board and fascia trim, gable pediments, and covered front entryways (some with extended front porches).

First floor amenities and principal rooms may include LVP flooring, a mud hall with cubby/bench, a flex room and/or private den, and great room (optional fireplace) that is open to the kitchen featuring quartz or granite countertops, tile backsplash, center island with breakfast bar, pantry (some are walk-in), and dining area.

Owner’s suites (most are second-floor) include a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and/or walk-in shower and dual sinks/vanities.

First or second floor laundry room.

Second floors may have a loft or bonus room. Lower levels can be finished with a recreation room, wet bar, and bathroom.

Attached front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.

Residences are serviced with public water and sewer.

Backyards may have a covered living area or patio.

Lots have 30′ front setbacks and measure 56′ wide x 120′ deep, with lots ranging from 0.15 to 0.25 acres. These smaller lot sizes appeal to buyers who prefer to limit time spent on yardwork.

Homesites are fully cleared. Privacy is achieved with plantings.

Lots along the east end of the subdivision have wooded backdrops (neighboring parcel is wooded).

⚡High-voltage steel H-frame transmission lines run just beyond property lines along the south end of Ashford Ct, for those with sensitivities or concerns about visual encumbrance or property values.

A stormwater management pond is positioned between the two cul-de-sacs.

With no connection to another community, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.

This community is served by Columbia Local School District.

Homeowner’s Association fees at Ashford Cove are approximately $350 annually.

Bordering the east end of this community is The Estates of Columbia Ridge.
