The single-street community of Eagle Pointe is the most illustrious in all of Columbia Station Ohio. This development is located off the east side of E River Rd, a half mile south of Snell Rd, and comprises Eagle Point Ct.

This enclave of 15 million-dollar homes was exclusively built by Gill Design Group between 2006-2018.

The commodious custom-built estates of Eagle Pointe include ranch and two-story styles ranging from 4,300-13,800 square feet with 4-6 bedrooms and 4.5-6.5+ bathrooms. 

The pinnacle of elegance, these homes feature custom millwork, finishes, and architectural details to suit the most elite of tastes. Eagle Point Ct has lantern-style street lights and curbs, but no sidewalks.

It is not connected to any other subdivision so traffic is limited to residents and their guests.

It is served by Columbia Local School District.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Eagle Pointe are approximately $400 annually.

Hunting Meadows is across the street.

The development of Eagle Pointe is in northeast Columbia Station near the border of Strongsville. It is located off E River Rd, a half mile south of Snell Rd.

Highways are accessible in 15 min to I-71, 16 min to I-480, and 17 min to I-80/Turnpike.

SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is a 14-min drive.

There are plenty of nearby recreational opportunities. The city’s Columbia Township Park (4 min drive) is home to ball fields, tennis and basketball courts, a volleyball court, horseshoe pits, pavilions, a playground, and a walking path. The park also hosts various events year-round. You are 6 min from Lorain County Metro Parks’ Columbia Reservation with 425 acres characterized by open scenic views transversed by The Rocky River, numerous lakes and ponds, kayak/canoe access, 4 miles of trails, a playground, 18-hole mini-golf course, picnic shelters, a pizzeria & ice cream parlor, and an outdoor movie theatre. It’s 12 min to Cleveland Metroparks’ Mill Stream Run Reservation with extensive trails, Wallace Lake and beach, rope courses and zip lines, as well as The Chalet, which has two toboggan chutes that are open in the winter. 

Swings-N-Things Fun Park is 12 minutes away – offering 13 acres of indoor and outdoor fun including two go-kart tracks, two 18-hole miniature golf courses, bumper boats, batting cages, indoor playground, a two-story game room, paintball, and homemade ice cream.

Columbia Station has three public 18-hole courses — Creekwood, Hickory Nut, and Royal Crest — as well as a 36-hole course at Mallard Creek.
