Crockers Landing in Columbia Station Ohio is a bucolic community of 45 homes with 2+ acre lots. Homes were built from 2002-2006, with the final home constructed in 2015.
The ranch and two-story homes of Crockers Landing mainly range from 2,300-4,700 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4 bathrooms. There is also one home with 6,400 square feet.
Facades are traditionally styled as full or partial brick/stone.

Most homesites are lightly treed and range from 2.0 to 2.75 acres. There are also some larger lots measuring up to 6.01 acres. Roughly 16 homesites have wooded backyards. Homes along the north and south perimeter abut a treeline.
Plum Creek flows through roughly nine properties along the western end of the development.
There is one entrance from Station Rd via Crocker Landing. In addition to Crocker Landing, this subdivision also includes Landings Ln, and three homes on Station Rd (house numbers 18969, 19057 & 19145).
Its streets have lantern-style street lights, but true to country living, no curbs or sidewalks.
As a single-entrance community that isn’t connected to any other subdivision, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
It is bordered to the east by Rollingbrook.
This development is served by Columbia Local School District.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Crockers Landing are approximately $200 annually.

Swings-N-Things Fun Park is 15 minutes away – offering 13 acres of indoor and outdoor fun including two go-kart tracks, two 18-hole miniature golf courses, bumper boats, batting cages, indoor playground, a two-story game room, paintball, and homemade ice cream.
Columbia Station has three public 18-hole courses — Creekwood, Hickory Nut, and Royal Crest — as well as a 36-hole course at Mallard Creek.
