Stone Ridge (aka Stone Ridge Estates or Stone Ridge Lake Estates) is an upscale community of 29 homesites with 2+ acre lots and geothermal loop heating and cooling in Columbia Station, Ohio. This subdivision is located off the west side of Station Rd, 0.3 miles south of Sprague Rd, and comprises the streets of Glencove Trl and Springfield Cir, and three homes on Station Rd (house numbers 10228, 10496 & 10550).
Homes were built from 2006-2022 by Gill Design Group and Garland New Homes.
The ranch and two-story homes of Stone Ridge mainly range from 3,400-9,800 square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 2.5-5.5+ bathrooms.
Facades are styled as traditional full brick or modern farmhouse/contemporary cottage accented with brick or stone.
Amenities include hardwood flooring, laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs, garage entryways with cubbies/benches, two-story foyers, formal living/flex rooms and/or private dens, formal dining rooms, and fireplaced great rooms with volume ceilings that are open to kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, dinette area, and even sunrooms. Attached side-entry garages accommodate 3-4 cars.

Homesites mainly range from 2.0 to 2.78 acres, but there are a few larger lots measuring 3.66 to 5.49 acres.
Most lots are cleared, offering wide open vistas. A few lots have partially wooded backyards.
The development has flat terrain, ideal for children, dogs, lawn games and gardens.
Homes along the perimeter of the community abut wooded neighboring parcels. The south side backs to 31.62 acres of Certified Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) private forest land.
A detention ditch runs along the property line of eight lots along the southeast end of the development.
The entrance to Glencove Trl is flanked by curved stone retaining walls with signage and evergreen trees.
Glencove Trl and Springfield Cir have lantern-style street lights and curbs, but true to country living, no sidewalks.
With no connection to another subdivision, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
Post is delivered to the cluster mailbox unit near the entrance.
Residences are served by the highly-rated Olmsted Falls City Schools.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Stone Ridge are approximately $300 annually.
Comparable nearby communities include Cobblestone (across the street).

The development of Stone Ridge is near the border of Olmsted Falls/Olmsted Township in northwest Columbia Station, located off the west side of Station Rd, 0.3 miles south of Sprague Rd.
Highways are accessible in 11 min to both I-80/Turnpike and I-480, and 16 min to I-71.
Great Northern Mall and North Olmsted’s bustling retail sector is a 14-min drive.
There are plenty of nearby recreational opportunities. The city’s Columbia Township Park (7 min drive) is home to ball fields, tennis and basketball courts, a volleyball court, horseshoe pits, pavilions, a playground, and a walking path. The park also hosts various events year-round. You are also 7 min from Lorain County Metro Parks’ Columbia Reservation with 425 acres characterized by open scenic views transversed by The Rocky River, numerous lakes and ponds, kayak/canoe access, 4 miles of trails, a playground, 18-hole mini-golf course, picnic shelters, a pizzeria & ice cream parlor, and an outdoor movie theatre.
