Rollingbrook (aka Rolling Brook) is a lovely single-street community of 19 homes with 2-acre lots in Columbia Station (Columbia Township), Ohio. This subdivision comprises Rolling Brook Ln, located between Station Rd and W River Rd, off the north side of Crocker Rd.


Homes were constructed by builders including Aspen Building Company, and Patrick Builders from 2003-2004, with the final homes built in 2014 and 2020.
The cape cod and colonial homes of Rollingbrook mainly range from 2,500-6,800 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-5 bathrooms.
Facades are traditionally styled with partial stone or brick.

Rolling Brook Ln has lantern-style street lights, but true to country living, no curbs or sidewalks.
As a single-street community that is not connected to another subdivision, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
This development is served by Columbia Local School District.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Rollingbrook are approximately $200 annually.
It is bordered to the west by Crockers Landing.
