The Estates of Columbia Ridge is a community of 18 homes built by Drees Homes in northeast Columbia Station, Ohio. This subdivision is located off the south side of Redfern Rd, 0.2 miles east of E River Rd, and encompasses the streets of Edward Ln, Fallen Maple Trl and Winding Creek Chase.


Homes were constructed by Drees Homes between 2021-2022.
Drees offered ten floorplans from which to personalize, including ranch and two-story styles, ranging from 2,200-4,300 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-4.5 bathrooms.
Inside, homes may include hardwood flooring, mud hall cubbies/benches, separate laundry rooms, planning desks/pocket offices, flex rooms and/or private dens, great rooms (some two-story) with fireplaces and large windows that are open to kitchens featuring quartz or granite countertops, a tile backsplash, center island with breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, dining area, and even sunrooms. Owner’s suites (some are first-floor) feature tray ceilings, walk-in closets, and spa-like baths with soaking tubs and/or custom tiled walk-in showers, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels are available with recreation rooms, wet bars, and bathrooms. Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars (third parking space may be tandem).
Homesites measure approximately 85′ wide x 150′ deep and range from 0.30 to 0.65 acres.
Some lots have wooded backyards or backdrops.

The entrance to Fallen Maple Trl is flanked by large common space parcels with retention ponds surrounded by pine trees and white split-rail fencing. In the center of the street is a landscaped divided median with signage.
The two common space parcels at the front of the community extend 212′ deep so that no homes sit directly against Redfern Rd.
Winding Creek Chase has a cul-de-sac.
Edward Ln and Winding Creek Chase both have dead ends, which could be extended with future development opportunities.
This development has curbs and sidewalks.
Post is delivered to cluster mailbox units near the entrance.

This community is served by Columbia Local School District.
