About Brampton Hunts in Independence
Brampton Hunts (sometimes referred to as Walnut Woods) is an elite community of roughly sixty custom-built luxury homes in Independence, Ohio. This development is located off the west side of Brecksville Road, between Brookside and Sprague roads, and comprises the cul-de-sac streets of Kingscote Park and Bexley Ct.
These exquisite homes were constructed beginning in 1978, with some undeveloped lots as of late 2024. Most were built by Ziss Bros. Other builders include Drees and Lustik Homes.
Most facades are full brick with some homes even boasting all brick surround.
These colonial and ranch homes range in size from 4,600-8,200 square feet, with 3-7 bedrooms and 3.5-5.5+ bathrooms.
Brampton Hunts homes are appointed with desirable amenities including open floorplans, ceramic tile and hardwood flooring, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms and/or private dens, laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs, vaulted or two-story great rooms with fireplaces, and large kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, a center island, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. Owner’s suites include walk-in closets and en-suite baths with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and an enclosed lavatory. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with media, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars, and exercise rooms.
Attached side-entry garages accommodate 2-4 cars. Many homes have circular driveways for guest parking and unobstructed garage access.
Most homes have masonry mailboxes, further enhancing their curb appeal and adding elegance to the streetscape.
