Brampton Hunts (sometimes referred to as Walnut Woods) is an elite community of roughly sixty custom-built homes in Independence Ohio, located off the west side of Brecksville Road, between Brookside and Sprague roads, comprising the cul-de-sac streets of Kingscote Park and Bexley Ct.

These exquisite homes were constructed beginning in 1978, with some undeveloped lots as of early 2024. Most were built by Ziss Bros. Other builders include Drees and Lustik Homes.

Most facades are full brick with some homes boasting all brick surround. These colonial and ranch homes range in size from 4,600-8,200 square feet, with 3-7 bedrooms and 3.5-5.5+ bathrooms.

Owner’s suites include walk-in closets and en-suite baths with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and an enclosed lavatory. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with media, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars, and exercise rooms. Homes offer attached 2-4 car side-entry garages.

Backyards feature custom patios and/or composite decks and fireplaces or fire pits.

Homesites mainly range from 0.46 to 0.8 acres. There are also a few larger lots measuring 1 to 1.8 acres. Nearly every backyard is treed.

The main/entrance street of Kingscote Park and Bexley Ct are enhanced by street trees, lantern-style streetlights, curbs, sidewalks along both sides of the street, and cul-de-sac islands with brick paver surround.
