The subdivision of Lake Charles Estates is in southwest Independence Ohio, near the border of Seven Hills and Broadview Heights, located off the west side of Brookside Rd, 0.2 miles north of E Sprague Rd.
Access to highways is convenient with just 4 min to I-77, 10 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 15 min to I-271.
Independence Primary School is a 7 min drive; the Middle and High School is 9 min away. There are also a number of nearby private schools including Bethany Lutheran, Lawrence School, Padua, Parma Heights Christian Academy, St Albert the Great, St Michael, and Trinity High School.
