The subdivision of Timber Ridge is in southwest Independence Ohio, near the border of Seven Hills and Broadview Heights. It is located off Eastview Dr, which is accessible from Brookside Rd, between E Pleasant Valley and E Sprague roads.
Access to highways is convenient with just 5 min to I-77, 8 min to I-480, and 13 min to I-80/Turnpike.
Independence Primary School is a 7 min drive; the Middle and High School is 9 min away. There are also a number of nearby private schools including Bethany Lutheran, Lawrence School, Padua, Parma Heights Christian Academy, St Albert the Great, St Michael, and Trinity High School.
