I-90 is accessible in just 3 min.
Downtown Rocky River is 5 min away with over 50 boutique retail stores and award-winning restaurants.
Walk to the private Parklawn and Wagar beaches in 8 min and 15 min respectively.
In addition to the two private beach privileges mentioned above, there are abundant nearby recreational opportunities! You’re less than a 5 min walk to Bradstreet’s Landing, a 5.56-acre lakefront park with a 425-foot-long sand beach, a launch area for kayakers and stand-up paddleboarders, a 600-foot pier, and approximately 90 feet of curved masonry seating steps for enjoying water views.
Elmwood Park is a 15 min walk with baseball fields, a playground, and a pavilion. Reese Park, walkable within 20 min, offers a playground, basketball and tennis/pickleball courts, and a baseball field.

You are 4 min from the premier dining and social club, The Clifton Club, with a 3-story historic clubhouse, tennis courts, and a private beach with a playground and lakefront venue.

Boaters will feel right at home at The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – a 5 min drive – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation.
