Damien Baden of Coldwell Banker Schmidt has made my stressful buying/selling/moving experience during this pandemic much easier for me! He has been here for me each step of the way…from listening to me regarding what I wanted, sending me homes that matched my preferences, assisting me with what I needed to do to get my home ready to sell…and really being there for me when the time came that I found my dream home so we could secure an appointment to view the day it went on the market and stayed up to late ensure my bid was submitted that very night. He also worked with me to wait as I prepared my home to sell and coordinated an excellent photographer to make my home look great and did a 3D Tour himself to help market and sell the home quickly. I did it backward, which is not a realtor’s preference, however he understood the importance for me to move ONCE. My bid was accepted the next day and my home sold the first day it was on the market with multiple bids and went for well over the asking price. I would highly recommend Damien as a partner for this difficult process of buying/selling a home! Plus he has connections to everything you need…awesome finance company that really works with you, carpet cleaners, window cleaners, home cleaners, etc. Plus he has a great personality, which helped with the stress. I am so happy to be settling in my new home…thank you Damien for making this finally happen for me!
