Crockers Landing is a bucolic community of 45 homes with 2+ acre lots in southwest Columbia Station, Ohio, located off the east side of Station Rd, a half-mile north of Crocker Rd. This subdivision comprises the streets of Crockers Lndg and Landings Ln, and three homes on Station Rd (house numbers 18969, 19057 & 19145).


Homes were built from 2002-2006, with the final home constructed in 2015.
The ranch and two-story homes of Crockers Landing mainly range from 2,300-4,700 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4 bathrooms. There is also one home with 6,400 square feet.
Facades are traditionally styled as full or partial brick/stone.
