Concordia Oaks is a new construction community of 62 detached limited-maintenance cluster homes in Independence, Ohio, nestled along the edge of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park forest with nearby access to Hemlock Trail.
This subdivision is located off the east side of Brecksville Rd, one mile south of Rockside Rd. It comprises the residential streets of Concordia Drive and Redwood Court.


The freestanding cluster homes of Concordia Oaks are being built exclusively by Petros Homes.
Petros is offering eleven ranch and two-story styles ranging from 1,527-2,761 square feet (excluding finished basements) with 2-3 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms.

Facades are styled with horizontal and shake vinyl siding and accented by stone veneer.

A walkway extends from the northwest corner of Concordia Dr to Stone Rd, where sidewalks extend to Brecksville Rd.
🚶➡️A paved walkway off the Redwood Ct cul-de-sac adjoins the parking lot to the south, which connects to Hemlock Trail at its southeast corner.
