Garages are insulated and have striking wood-look insulated garage doors. Garages open to a private U-shaped drive encircling the property from Lake Ave.

*The largest two front units of 95 Lake have wrap-around balconies measuring 208 square feet; other balconies are sized at 12’x6′ (roughly 72 square feet).
Third floor: Featuring 9′ ceilings, this level has 1-2 guest bedrooms, a full guest bathroom, laundry closet, and the owner’s suite appointed with floor-to-ceiling windows, a large walk-in closet, and an elegant en-suite bath with dual sinks and floor-to-ceiling custom tiled shower.
Rooftop deck: Sprawling fourth-level open entertainment space offering vistas of Edgewater Park and potential lake views.
