Facades are composed of wood laminate and Nichiha fiber cement board plank siding, as well as phenolic panels that function as a rain screen with additional cement board panels to provide additional privacy.

Ground floor/entry level: foyer, large closet, bonus room (workout, office, etc) with windows, and access to the attached 2-car garage.
