About Breakwater Bluffs Townhomes
Breakwater Bluffs Townhomes are located in the Gordon Square section of the Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood, offering three different styles of contemporary residences with limited-maintenance living.
Positioned on the west side of W 58th St between Father Caruso Dr and Breakwater Ave, Breakwater Bluffs townhouses are strategically located for active lifestyles: just steps from Cleveland Lakefront Bikeway, a 12 min walk to the 147-acre Edgewater Park & Beach, and a 7 min walk from the extensive dining and entertainment offerings of the renowned Gordon Square Arts District.

Breakwater Ave “The Bluffs” Detached Townhomes:

Facades are styled with horizontal siding accented with brick and/or shingles.

Reflecting the materials of the site’s industrial past, exteriors have warm industrial-inspired styling with flat roofs, orthogonal lines, orange brick, wood laminate, Nichiha fiber cement board, vertical metal paneling, and black metal and cable balcony railings.

Breakwater Bluffs Townhomes are located on the west side of W 58th St between Father Caruso Dr and Breakwater Ave in the Gordon Square section of Cleveland’s urban West Side Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood.
Downtown Cleveland is just a 5 min drive! Highways are accessible in 5 min to I-90, 8 min to I-71, 8 min to I-77, and 12 min to I-480.
