They feature neo-industrial style contemporary facades with horizontal corrugated metal siding and doors with circular windows that resemble ship portholes, adding a nautical twist.
With 3-stories, they offer 2,100-2,500 square feet with 2-3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Lower level: Private driveways, deep enough to park cars, lead to front-entry garages that accommodate 2-cars. Entering the door from the garage is a finished open area (gym, home office, playroom or art studio) with windows, and walkout access to your own privacy-fenced backyard (may include a patio or garden). NOTE: Townhouses along W 67th St have considerably larger backyards than those along Father Caruso Dr.
Main floor: A silver metal staircas leads up to the transom window-topped front door, opening to a dramatic living room (some sunken) with a soaring ceiling, solid hardwood flooring, rows of front windows, and a gas fireplace (some dual sided). It opens to the dining area and kitchen, complete with granite/quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, spacious breakfast bar with seating for four, a walk-in pantry, and access to a full-sized rear balcony with room for a grill and seating. Half-bath also on this level.
Third floor: Guest bedroom, hall bathroom, side-by-side-width hall laundry closet, and owner’s suite with volume ceilings, a small private balcony, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath with dual vanities, soaking tub and/or tiled shower.
Fourth level rooftop: Large rooftop deck offering views of downtown cityscape and/or Lake Erie with space for a seating area, dining area, and even a hotub. NOTE: Townhouses along Father Caruso Dr have unobstructed rooftop views over the harbor/Lake Erie!!!
At the south end of W 67th St is a dedicated 11-car parking lot for Lake Pointe guest parking.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for Lake Pointe Townhomes are approximately $100 monthly, which includes landscaping.
Residences are served by the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.

Downtown Cleveland is just an 8 min drive! Highways are accessible in 5 min to I-90, 8 min to I-71, 10 min to I-77, and 12 min to I-480.
