Western Reserve Estates is a single-street community of 21 homes by Pulte Homes located in the Historic District of Olmsted Falls Ohio with walkability to numerous parks and downtown.
Homes were constructed between 2021-2022. Pulte offered four colonial floorplans ranging from 2,300-2,800 square feet. With finished basements, homes can span 3,800+ square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.

Second floors also feature guest bedrooms with walk-in closets, laundry rooms, and lofts (select models). Finished lower levels include bars, media rooms, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Western Reserve Estates is surrounded by 1.78 acres of HOA-owned common space (yellow area on above map), some of it treed. Most of the development is surrounded by white vinyl fencing.
Homes occupy the street of Western Reserve Ln, located off the west side of Columbia Rd, just south of Cook Rd.
As a single-street community that is not connected to another subdivision, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
Western Reserve Ln has curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street.

Western Reserve Estates is located in Historic Olmsted Falls Ohio off Columbia Rd, 400′ south of Cook Rd.
Highways are accessible in 6 min to I-480, and 12 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 14 min to I-71.
Downtown Olmsted Falls is a 10 min walk! Its fully restored Victorian shopping village, Grand Pacific Junction, has over 30 unique shops, restaurants and services.

The Metroparks’ Rocky River Reservation is only a 6 min drive, offering 2,520 acres with picnic areas, play areas, sledding hills, ball fields, nature trails, paved trails, nature center, stables and bridle trails, marina, fishing areas, boat rentals, waterfalls and lagoons, and three golf courses. Lorain County Metro Parks’ Columbia Reservation is a 13 min drive with 425-acres characterized by open scenic views transversed by The Rocky River, numerous lakes and ponds, kayak/canoe access, 4 miles of trails, a playground, 18-hole mini-golf course, picnic shelters, a pizzeria & ice cream parlor, and an outdoor movie theatre.
