About Kingston at Western Reserve in Olmsted Falls
Kingston at Western Reserve (aka Western Reserve Estates East) is a single-street community of 27 upscale homes idyllically located in the Historic District of Olmsted Falls, Ohio with walkability to numerous parks and downtown.
he subdivision comprises an extension of Main St, located off the north side of Water St between Columbia Rd and River Rd. In addition to homes on Main St, this community also includes two homes on Columbia Rd (house numbers 7521 & 7537).
Fun fact: The community is named after Kingston, the first unofficial town name when Olmsted Falls was founded in 1814.
This subdivision was built exclusively by K. Hovnanian. Homes were constructed between 2023-2024. At the time, pricing began in the mid $500’s.
Each facade features an extended front porch with room for rocking chairs and/or a swing for additional outdoor living that welcomes casual chats with neighbors.
K. Hovnanian offered several floor plans including one ranch, three colonial plans, and one two-story design with a first-floor owner’s suite.
Inside, homes range from 2,300-3,700 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-4.5 bathrooms.
Amenities may include LVP flooring, 2-story foyers ??, spindled staircases, formal dining rooms, laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs, and garage entry benches or mudrooms. Fireplaced great rooms with beamed and vaulted ceilings are open to large kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island with breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. Owner’s suites feature tray ceilings, walk-in closets and en-suite baths with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commodes. Guest bedrooms also have walk-in closets. Optional finished lower levels are complete with media rooms, kitchenettes, bars, exercise rooms, and storage rooms. Homes offer attached 2-3 car front-entry garages.

Most homes abut a section of the 4.61 acres of HOA-owned common space (yellow area on above map), some of it treed.
Several homes along the southwest side of Main St overlook an elongated pond for managing stormwater.
Main St is lined with lantern-style streetlight, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of the street. Sidewalks extend all the way to Water St, where they continue throughout the city, all the way to the historic downtown.
Post is delivered to the mailbox kiosks near the entrance.
Residences are served by the highly-rated Olmsted Falls City Schools.

Kingston at Western Reserve is located in Historic Olmsted Falls, Ohio off the north side of Water St, between Columbia and River Roads.
Highways are accessible in 6 min to I-480, and 12 min to both I-71 and I-80/Turnpike.
Downtown Olmsted Falls is a ≤10 min walk! Its fully restored Victorian shopping village, Grand Pacific Junction, has over 30 unique shops, restaurants and services.
Great Northern Mall and North Olmsted’s bustling retail sector is only a 7-min drive.
Surrounding recreational opportunities are abundant! Directly southwest of the development at the corner of Columbia Rd and Water St is Village Green Park, a 3-acre parcel with two full-size basketball courts, horseshoes, a gazebo, a schoolhouse replica pavilion, picnic tables and grills, and the newly renovated playground and splash pad. Across the street is the scenic 5-acre Fortier Park, a former sandstone quarry along the confluence of Rocky River West Branch and Plum Creek that includes the city’s namesake waterfall as well as Plum Creek Falls and numerous cascades, rocky ledges, fishing, a charming covered wooden bridge and stone arch bridge, wooded trails, picnic areas with grills, and an old-world style stone-covered pavilion. On the opposite side of the river is East River Park (≤10 min walk) featuring a fireplaced pavilion, picnic tables and grills, a scenic overlook deck, walking trails, a playground, sledding hill, and is the site of Concerts in the Park during summer.
The Metroparks’ Rocky River Reservation is only a 5 min drive, offering 2,520 acres with picnic areas, play areas, sledding hills, ball fields, nature trails, paved trails, nature center, stables and bridle trails, marina, fishing areas, boat rentals, waterfalls and lagoons, and three golf courses. Lorain County Metro Parks’ Columbia Reservation is a 13 min drive with 425-acres characterized by open scenic views transversed by The Rocky River, numerous lakes and ponds, kayak/canoe access, 4 miles of trails, a playground, 18-hole mini-golf course, picnic shelters, a pizzeria & ice cream parlor, and an outdoor movie theatre.
Swings-N-Things Fun Park is 10 min away – offering 13 acres of indoor and outdoor fun including two go-kart tracks, two 18-hole miniature golf courses, bumper boats, batting cages, indoor playground, a two-story game room, paintball, and homemade ice cream.
Golfers will appreciate being 6 min from Springvale and North Olmsted Golf Club.
