Falls Glen is a single-street community of detached limited-maintenance cluster homes in western Olmsted Falls, Ohio, which is conveniently 0.3 miles from Falls-Lenox Primary School (grades 1-3), less than a mile from the High School, and walkable to downtown!

This subdivision comprises the cul-de-sac street of Falls Glen Ln, located off the south side of Bagley Rd, between Usher Rd and Stearns Rd.

Homes were initially built by Drees Homes beginning in 2007. More recently, homes have been constructed by Valore Builders or Cleveland Custom Homes.

Falls Glen cluster homes include contemporary cottage and French country facades.

Being that homes were built over 15+ years by multiple builders, amenities vary. The community includes 4.56 acres of HOA-owned common area (yellow areas on above map), much of it wooded.

A small stream, Minnie Creek, runs along the western side of the community (dashed blue line on map above).

The entrance to Falls Glen Ln has a divided median with landscaping, garden rocks, and signage.

Falls Glen Ln has curbs and once fully completed, will have sidewalks along one side of the street.

Mail is delivered to the cluster box unit near the entrance.

Bordering Falls Glen to the east is the established community of Brentwood Estates. Olmsted Falls Mobile Home Park is roughly 400 miles west.

Homeowners’ Association (HOA) fees at Falls Glen clusters are approximately $167 monthly, which include snow removal and lawn service.

Residences are served by the highly-rated Olmsted Falls City Schools.

Falls Glen is located along the western end of Olmsted Falls Ohio, off the south side of Bagley Rd between Usher Rd and Stearns Rd.

Highways are accessible in 8 min to I-480, 10 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 15 min to both I-71.

Downtown Olmsted Falls is a 20 min walk! Its fully restored Victorian shopping village, Grand Pacific Junction, has over 30 unique shops, restaurants and services.

Great Northern Mall and North Olmsted’s bustling retail sector is only a 9-min drive.

Surrounding recreational opportunities are abundant! The to-be-completed 30-acre Nature Trail and Bark Park (on Schady Rd between Jennings and Stearns roads) is a 6 min drive and will feature a walking trail, pavilion, and a 2-acre dog park with two fenced areas – one for large dogs and one for dogs under 30 pounds. The Metroparks’ Rocky River Reservation is an 8 min drive, offering 2,520 acres with picnic areas, play areas, sledding hills, ball fields, nature trails, paved trails, nature center, stables and bridle trails, marina, fishing areas, boat rentals, waterfalls and lagoons, and three golf courses. Lorain County Metro Parks’ Columbia Reservation is a 13 min drive with 425-acres characterized by open scenic views transversed by The Rocky River, numerous lakes and ponds, kayak/canoe access, 4 miles of trails, a playground, 18-hole mini-golf course, picnic shelters, a pizzeria & ice cream parlor, and an outdoor movie theatre.

Swings-N-Things Fun Park is 4 min away – offering 13 acres of indoor and outdoor fun including two go-kart tracks, two 18-hole miniature golf courses, bumper boats, batting cages, indoor playground, a two-story game room, paintball, and homemade ice cream.
