This subdivision is located off the south side of John Rd, between Fitch Rd and Columbia Rd.

It comprises the eastern end and cul-de-sac of Grand View Drive, and the cul-de-sac streets of Summer Place Dr, Hideaway Ct and Morning Side Drive.

The site occupies 30 acres of the former Links Golf Course.

The first phase (Phase 2A) of construction is now underway.

Drees is offering five 2-story (second floor owner’s suite) plans and one ranch plan to customize.

The Sanctuary of Olmsted homes range from 2,392-3,445+ square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5+ bathrooms.

Lots measure approximately 80′ wide and range from 0.20 to 0.35 acres.

This subdivision will be directly accessible from John Rd via Summer Place Dr.

The Sanctuary of Olmsted is located along the border of North Olmsted in northern Olmsted Township, Ohio, off the south side of John Rd, between Fitch and Columbia Roads.

Highways are conveniently accessible in 5 min to I-480, 10 min to I-71, and 12 min to I-80/Turnpike.

Downtown Olmsted Falls is 5 min away. Its fully restored Victorian shopping village, Grand Pacific Junction, has over 30 unique shops, restaurants and services.

The Metroparks’ Rocky River Reservation is only a 6 min drive or 16 min bike, offering 2,520 acres with picnic areas, play areas, sledding hills, ball fields, nature trails, paved trails, nature center, stables and bridle trails, a marina, fishing areas, boat rentals, waterfalls and lagoons, and three golf courses. Lorain County Metro Parks’ Columbia Reservation is a 15 min drive with 425-acres characterized by open scenic views transversed by The Rocky River, numerous lakes and ponds, kayak/canoe access, 4 miles of trails, a playground, 18-hole mini-golf course, picnic shelters, a pizzeria & ice cream parlor, and an outdoor movie theatre.

Swings-N-Things Fun Park is 8 min away – offering 13 acres of indoor and outdoor fun including two go-kart tracks, two 18-hole miniature golf courses, bumper boats, batting cages, indoor playground, a two-story game room, paintball, and homemade ice cream.
