Harvest Pointe is a community of single-family homes by Green Quest Homes in North Ridgeville, Ohio, located off the east side of Root Rd, 0.2 miles south of Lorain Rd.
This subdivision comprises two unconnected sections. Phases 1 & 2 comprise 29 lots along Harvest Pointe Dr and Orchard Grove Ct.
PHASE 3 IS NOW UNDERWAY! Phase 3 will add 17 more homesites along Brookside Ln. Upon completion, the subdivision will total 46 residences.


These semi-custom luxury homes are being built exclusively by Green Quest Homes.
Phase 1 and Phase 2 homes were constructed between 2020-2023.
For Phase 3, Green Quest is offering nine customizable ranch and two-story floorplans ranging from 1,824-2,927 square feet (excluding finished basements) with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms.
Facades are styled modern farmhouse designs with a combination of horizontal or shake siding profiles, brick/stone accents, white window trim and rake board/fascia trim.
Homes include LVP flooring, front entry foyers, garage-entry mud halls with coat closets, private dens or dining rooms (some floorplans), and fireplaced great rooms that open to kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, a center island with breakfast bar, pantry, and dinette area and/or morning/sunrooms. First or second floor owner’s suites include walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sink vanities, tiled walk-in showers, and enclosed commodes. First or second floor laundry rooms. Second floors may feature lofts or bonus rooms. Optional finished lower levels can include media rooms, bars, exercise rooms and/or storage rooms. Front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Residences are serviced with public sewer and public water.
Living can be extended outdoors with patios, composite decks or covered living areas.
Backyard fences and sheds are permitted.
Phase 1 and Phase 3 lots are a minimum of 65′ wide and range from 0.17 to 0.44 acres. Phase 2 lots measure approximately 85′ wide and range from 0.25 to 0.55 acres. All lots have front setbacks of roughly 21′.
Previously used for agriculture, the site has level topography and homesites are cleared of old-growth trees, offering open vistas. Privacy is achieved with plantings.
The property bordering the east end of this development (yellow sections on the above-illustrated map) is open space with drainage swales and stormwater management ponds.
Phases 1 & 2 are bordered to the south by soccer fields.

The entrance is flanked by a landscape bed with community signage.
A landscape mound with planted trees lines the main road, providing privacy from passing traffic.
Streets are enhanced by streetlights, street trees, curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
With no connection to another community, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
Brookside Ln, Harvest Pointe Dr and Orchard Grove Ct have cul-de-sacs.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Harvest Pointe are approximately $186 annually.
This neighborhood is served by North Ridgeville City Schools.
