These townhomes were created by J Roc Development, designed by Works Progress Architecture, and built by Rycon Construction between 2018-2019.

The Cyan Park complex comprises 21 units across 3 buildings: one row of 8 units facing Herman Park (even W 58th St house numbers 1298-1312), one row of 7 units fronting W 58th St (even house numbers 1314-1326), and one row of 6 units along Herman Ave (even house numbers 5802-5812).

Their sleek modernist exteriors drastically transformed the former industrial site of Liquid Carbonic Corporation Dry Ice Plant.

Cyan Park Townhomes are similar in design to Tremont Black Townhomes, but with matte-white elevations.

Contrasting their prominent snow-white exteriors are ebony-stained cedar porch walls and black-framed windows with a slight green glass tint.

Contemporary design is reprised inside with open floor plans, clean lines, wood flooring, simple sleek finishes, and large white-framed casement and picture windows that maximize views and natural light.

With 3 stories, Cyan Park Townhomes offer 1,680-2,105 square feet with 2-3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Ground level & garage: Front entrances are enhanced by a landscape bed and covered front porch that accommodates decorative planters. The glass-paned front door with sidelight window floods the foyer with natural light. An adjacent bonus room (gym, home office, art studio, or bedroom) has a closet and full-sized windows. At the back of the foyer is a door to the attached 2-car garage.

Garages are at the rear of townhomes and open to an auto court off W 58th St.

Second floor: Features include an open floor plan with 10-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, oversized picture and casement windows, a powder room, a striking staircase with a glass wall or vertical timber screening, a fireplaced living area facing street or park, dining area (may include a built in beverage station/wine bar with mini fridge), and a central kitchen with stainless steel appliances and range mini hood, custom cabinetry, granite/quartz counters, tile backsplash, and an oversized island with sink, breakfast bar, and pendant lights. 

Third floor: The third level of Cyan Park Townhomes have 1-2 guest bedrooms, a full hall bath, laundry closet, and the owner’s suite appointed with large windows looking out to the street or park, a walk-in closet, and en-suite bath with window, dual-sink granite vanity, and a tiled walk-in shower with glass doors.

Fourth-level rooftop deck: Rooftop decks may include Trex decking, outdoor kitchens and/or hot tubs to enhance al-fresco entertaining.

Mail is delivered to the cluster box unit along W 58th St.

Cyan Park Townhomes offer a 15-year tax abatement through 2033/2034.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for Cyan Park Townhomes are approximately $122 monthly.

Bordering the north end of these townhomes is the Breakwater Storage facility.

The 3.4-acre Premium Metals industrial complex to the northwest was recently purchased by a residential developer. However, details of the project have not yet been disclosed.

Residences are served by the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.

Downtown Cleveland is just a 5 min drive! Highways are accessible in 2 min to OH-2/Cleveland Memorial Shoreway, 6 min to I-90, 9 min to I-71, 10 min to I-77, and 12 min to I-480.
