The Village of Crystal Lakes is a scenic community of approximately 105 freestanding limited-maintenance condominiums interspersed among seven shimmering fountained ponds along the shores of Crystal Lake in southwest Bath Township of Akron, Ohio.

This subdivision is located off the east side of Crystal Lake Rd, 0.2 miles north of Medina Rd, comprising Lake Pointe Drive.
These condominiums were constructed from 1988-1997.
These freestanding cluster-home-style condos include ranch, 1.5 and 2-story designs ranging from 2,000-4,700 square feet with 2-3 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms.

The Village of Crystal Lakes subdivision is in southwest Bath Township of Akron, Ohio, off the east side of Crystal Lake Rd, 0.2 miles north of Medina Rd, and comprises Lake Pointe Drive.
Highways are accessible in 4 min to I-77, 11 min to I-271, 12 min to I-71, and 17 min to I-80/Turnpike.
Summit Mall and shopping center is only 7 min away. Anchored by Dillard’s and Macy’s, it boasts over 125 of your favorite retailers like Apple, J. The Cleveland Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is a 12 min drive with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March. Also 12 min away is the 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad. Eastwood Preserve is a 13 min drive, offering 28 acres with an educational facility, hiking trails, a fishing lake, and a community garden. Richfield Heritage Preserve is 15 min away, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails.
