This development is located off the west side of Pearl Rd, between Laurel and Sleepy Hollow Roads, comprising the streets of Chaseline Ridge Edgeview Trl, Lowland Cir and Southview Trl.

Nearly every home abuts a portion of the 22 acres of HOA-owned conservancy land (green area on illustrated map above) offering forested privacy and lush nature views.
Numerous streams intersect the conservation land, offering scenic sloping topography for walkout basements.

Ridgeline Chase Homes:





The main section of the subdivision comprises 50 homes along the cul-de-sac streets of Chaseline Ridge and Lowland Cir, and the stub street of Southview Trl (straw-colored parcels on above map).
These homesites are approximately ≥85′ wide x 165′ deep feet wide and range from 0.32 to 0.52 acres (average lot size is 0.32 acres).
Drees offered seven customizable ranch and two-story floorplans ranging from 2,000-4,300 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5+ bathrooms.
Facades include contemporary cottage and modern farmhouse architecture with varied design elements like mixed siding profiles, brick and/or stone accents, black or white window trim, shutters, decorative half timbering, and gable pediments that make each home unique.


Amenities in these Ridgeline Chase homes may include hardwood flooring, mud hall cubbies/benches, separate laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, planning desks/pocket offices, flex rooms and/or private dens, great rooms (some two-story) with fireplaces and large windows that are open to kitchens featuring quartz or granite countertops, tile backsplash, center island with seating, walk-in pantry, dining area, and even sunrooms. Owner’s suites (many are first-floor) feature vaulted or tray ceilings, sitting areas with fireplaces, walk-in closets, and spa-like baths with soaking tubs and/or custom tiled walk-in showers, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. The “Enclave at Ridgeline” section of homes, comprises the cul-de-sac street of Edgeview Trl.
When initially constructed, these homes began in the high $300s.
Edgeview Trl homesites (salmon-colored parcels on above map) are 44-50′ wide x 125′ deep, ranging from 0.14 to 0.19 acres. Enclave lots are sized to be easily manageable, appealing to buyers who prefer spending minimal time on yard work.
With a minimum of 5′ side yards, Edgeview Trl homes are in extremely close proximity and may lack the desired level of privacy for certain buyers.

Enclave at Ridgeline floorplans included seven customizable ranch and two-story designs ranging from 1,300-2,900 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms.

Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March.
