About Wexford in Brunswick Hills
Wexford is a single-street community of 27 homes with wooded backyards surrounded by forested conservation land in Brunswick Hills Township, Ohio. Wexford is located off the west side of W 130th St, 0.2 miles north of Sleepy Hollow Rd, and comprises the cul-de-sac street of Galway Dr.
Homes were built exclusively by Drees Homes between 2022-2023.
At the time of construction, home prices began in the mid $600’s.
The streetscape features a variety of facades including modern farmhouse and contemporary cottage architecture with varied design elements like mixed siding profiles, stone and/or brick accents, black or white window trim, shutters, eyebrow roofs, and gable pediments that make each home truly unique.
These ranch and two-story floorplans range from 2,300-5,900 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-5.5 bathrooms.
Amenities in Wexford homes include hardwood flooring, formal dining rooms, private dens, great rooms with fireplaces and large windows that are open kitchens featuring quartz or granite countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, dinette area, and sunroom/morning room. First or second-floor owner’s suites include walk-in closets, and spa-like baths with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Guest bedrooms also have walk-in closets. Finished lower levels may have recreation rooms, dens, and bathrooms. Side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Homes have public water and sewer.
Outdoor living is enhanced with patios and/or covered patios and even built-in fire pits.
Wexford’s spacious homesites range from 0.75 to 1.52 acres, offering elongated lots with a minimum of 322′ depth and 96′ street frontage.
With a minimum of 40′ setbacks from the street and as little as 14′ between homes, certain lots will not satisfy the level of front and side yard privacy some buyers desire.
Most rear yards boast mature woodlands for privacy and lush nature views.
Offering the ultimate in privacy, each lot abuts a section of the 26-acre forested conservancy (light yellow area on above map) owned by the HOA.
Several steams intersect lots in this community (not indicated on above map). A small stream crosses the wooded backyards on the south end of the street. Wooded lots along the north side of the street are accentuated by a larger stream, offering rolling topography.
The entrance to Galway Dr is flanked on the right by a landscaped bed with stacked stone and masonry signage.
Galway Dr is improved with curbs and sidewalks.
Mail is delivered to the cluster box unit near the entrance.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Wexford are approximately $300 annually.
This neighborhood is serviced by the highly-rated Highland Local School District along with bussing to St. Albert the Great School and the prestigious Old Trail School.

Wexford Location Details
The subdivision of Wexford is located in Brunswick Hills Township, Ohio along the border of Hinckley. The entrance is off the west side of W 130th St, east of I-71, and 0.2 miles north of Sleepy Hollow Rd.
Highways are accessible in 4 min to I-71, 7 min to I-271, and 14 min to I-77 and I-80/Turnpike.
NOTE: While the proximity to I-71 is convenient, the cul-de-sac homes in this development are roughly 300 feet from the highway. Thus, the community may be subjected to interstate traffic noise.
Just a 3 min drive is Kaja’s Farmers Market for fresh produce. Weymouth Farms & Orchard is 5 min away for locally made wine.
Plum Creek Park South is 4 min away with a 1.5-mile nature trail, a playground, 2 fishing ponds, and picnic shelters. The Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is only an 8m min drive with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March. The Metroparks’ Mill Stream Run Reservation is 12 min away with trails, rope courses and zip lines, as well as The Chalet, which has two toboggan chutes that are open in the winter. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 20 min away with 33,000-acres including the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
Golfers will appreciate being 15 min or less to Pine Hills, Valleaire, Hinckley Hills, Pleasant Valley Country Club, Ironwood, Coppertop, Bunker Hill, and Briarwood. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, St. Bernard Golf Club and Weymouth Country Club are 8-10 min away.
