The Preserve at Meadow View is a new construction community of 44 detached limited-maintenance cluster homes surrounded by open space in Brunswick, Ohio. It is located 0.1 miles south of Laurel Rd, off the east side of S Carpenter Rd, comprising the cul-de-sac streets of Blossom Trail Dr and Willow View Cir.

These cluster homes were built by Drees Homes and Landmark Homes beginning in 2022.

Drees Homes is offering seven ranch and two-story floorplans to personalize, ranging from 1,800-3,100 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms. Home prices begin in the mid $400’s.

Landmark Homes has twelve fully customizable ranch and two-story designs ranging from 1,600-2,900 square feet with 2-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. Prices begin in the upper $500s.

The streetscape features a variety of facades including modern farmhouse and contemporary cottage styles with varied design elements like mixed siding profiles, stone and/or brick accents, black or white window trim, shutters, eyebrow roofs, and gable pediments for homes that are truly distinctive.
