My wife and I have bought and sold many homes and currently have two located in CA. During this process, I obtained my real-estate license and worked closely with many brokers and agents. When we decided to purchase a home for our son, still living in OH, I went in search of agents. I went through many – on-line until I found Damien and was impressed with his background and experience. I called him and explained the situation that we could only afford a bankruptcy or bank-owned property and that he needed to work with our son there locally to find a property. There was also the stress that our son was renting a house going to Sheriff’s sale. Damien quickly found us a number of properties and worked to allow Shannon to decide on what house was right for him – something many realtors don’t do. Running the process completely remotely and looking to settle ASAP – Damien set up a 10 day close and worked to push the process – not easy as we found with a listing agent that works exclusively with bank-owned properties and made it all seem easy. In less then a month we have a fantastic new home and our son couldn’t be happier – along with my wife – which is almost more important! 🙂
