After an exhaustive search of properties, which Damien managed with constant enthusiasm, we eventually found ‘the one’. Damien had a network of contractors and suppliers he was able to recommend without hesitation. In turn, they were wonderful to work with. Along the way, well past the close date, Damien checked in to ensure a continued smooth process. Whenever there was an occasion for Damien to help, he jumped in and made it feel as though it were never a problem. Even though I knew he had other clients, I felt like I was the only one.
