“I can’t believe I ever considered selling by owner”

One of the best decisions I have ever made was to have Damien represent me in the sale of my home and after seeing everything he did throughout the process; I can’t believe I ever considered selling by owner. His efforts and expertise led to multiple offers and a cash deal far over list price! It all started with a phone call in the evening and by the next day, Damien had already done an incredible amount of work for me before I even “hired” him. He continued that with a visit to my home the following day to consult with me on the best way to stage my home and followed-up the visit with a list of things I could easily do to increase the value. Damien had so much online traffic to view my house it resulted in over 30 showings that weekend and multiple offers. It was so busy we had to stop the showings by 2:30pm on Sunday and by that night I had accepted an offer and signed paperwork. I could go on and on in my praise and gratitude, but I’ll end it with the fact that Damien is absolutely an expert in his field and is equally invested in selling your home as you are. I’d give 10 stars if it was an option!
