We could not have had a better experience with Damien when buying our home. Damien always made himself available and is incredibly detail oriented. He helped us navigate our decision between building, buying resale, and buying a new construction market home. Facing a quicker timeline moving back to Ohio from Pennsylvania and only being able to see a limited amount of homes, Damien went above and beyond and sent us a video of a new construction house that fit us perfectly (without us even asking). That video led to us touring that home a few days later and signing the purchase agreement to which Damien was able to walk us through the entire process. Highly recommend working with Damien.
