This subdivision comprises the south end and cul-de-sac of Glenmont Drive, which is accessible through established subdivisions off Pearl Road or Laurel Road.

These townhomes were construted beginning in 2024 by Drees Homes.

Sixteen of these townhomes are arranged in groups of two (only one shared wall between units) and two single-standing units.

This subdivision is serviced by public water and sewer.

Lots primarily range from 0.10 to 0.13 acres. There are also some larger lots up to 0.29 acres.

Glenmont Dr is improved with curbs and sidewalks.

The western end of the site has 2.28 acres of HOA-owned greenspace with several ponds.

A paved trail leads from the cul-de-sac directly to Square 42.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Market Highlands are approximately $175 monthly, which includes landscaping and snow plowing.
