This subdivision is located roughly 0.8 miles west of Stow Rd and extends between E Streetsboro St and Ravenna St. It comprises the streets of Parmelee Dr, S Hayden Pkwy (excluding the first three homes flanking the northern entrance), and two homes on Kilbourne Dr (house numbers 305 & 306).

Lots offer approximately 100′ of street frontage and are sized from 0.39 to 0.64 acres.

The subdivision of Heritage Heights is located in east-central Hudson, Ohio (Summit County), roughly 0.8 miles west of Stow Rd, extending between E Streetsboro St and Ravenna St.
Highways are accessible in 8 min to I-480, 11 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 15 min to I-271.
This neighborhood is serviced by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District. The intersecting street to this development has sidewalks leading directly to the Elementary, Intermediate, and Middle School campus. Hudson High School is a 5 min drive north.
A number of nearby private schools also serve the community, including Western Reserve Academy (grades 9-12, a 4 min drive), Seton Catholic School (K-8, a 3 min drive), and Hudson Montessori School (preschool-8th grade) — each located in Hudson; Old Trail School (preschool-8th grade) in Fairlawn; and Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (grades 7-12) in Cuyahoga Falls.

The 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 14 min away, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
Golfers are only 8 min from the city-owned golf club, Ellsworth Meadows. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, it’s 9 min to Hudson Country Club and Lake Forest Country Club.
Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts are an 18 min drive for skiing and tubing during the winter months.
