After interviewing 3 candidates to sell my mother in law’s condo we decided to hire Damien Baden. We really liked 2 of the 3, but what led us to choose Damien was that he was proactive in letting us know when another similar condo in Bay Landing came on the market as potential competition. He kept us informed as to the developments regarding the other condo which ended up going under contract prior to us listing.
Once we hired Damien he communicated timely through each step of the process. This included recommendations as to the best methods of getting the condo photo ready and showing ready. In addition to the usual photos he also provided 360 views as well as exterior drone photography
We ended up getting an extremely competitive first day offer which we discussed and eventually accepted. We closed last week
