After an exhaustive search of properties, which Damien managed with constant enthusiasm, we eventually found ‘the one’. Again, Damien’s savvy meant he was able to put together a very creative offer which sealed the deal. The property needed some updates, and I didn’t know where to start. Damien had a network of contractors and suppliers he was able to recommend without hesitation. In turn, they were wonderful to work with. Whenever there was an occasion for Damien to help, he jumped in and made it feel as though it were never a problem. Even though I knew he had other clients, I felt like I was the only one.
