He gave us a “to do” list which was extremely helpful—and quite accurate. More importantly, he provided recommendations of people who could do the work that we needed. The painters, plumber and cleaner we hired to get our house ready did exactly what needed to be done and were reasonably priced. Clearly, Damien’s contacts are just as professional as he is. We also appreciated the work of the photographer and the presentation of our house in the listing. Again, Damien just goes above and beyond to get everything right. His scheduling of showings, reviewing of offers, and signing of documents were all handled efficiently.
Selling a home is a big undertaking, but Damien made the entire process, from the first walkthrough to the closing, relatively easy and stress free.
